Welcome to Fiona’s Place. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services and website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Fiona’s Place is a mobile dog grooming business operating in Carson City, Minden, Genoa, Gardnerville, and Incline Village, Nevada. Our services are available only to individuals aged 18 and older.

Clients may book appointments via phone call, text message, or email. No deposit is required to secure a booking.
However, cancellations made within one week of the scheduled appointment will be charged the full service amount (100%).

All prices are customized based on each individual dog’s size, breed, coat condition, and grooming needs.
We accept cash and checks only. No sales tax is charged at this time.

All dogs must be up to date on rabies vaccinations, have a negative Titer test, or a an up to date, valid exclusion by a Veterinarian.
Clients are required to disclose any medical conditions or behavioral issues in advance.
Clients must sign a liability waiver releasing Fiona’s Place from any responsibility related to injury, illness, stress, or accidents during grooming.
We reserve the right to refuse service if safety is a concern.

You agree not to engage in scraping, impersonation, abuse, or any other misuse of our website.
You are not required to create an account to access or use the site or services.

All content on the Fiona’s Place website—including text, images, logos, videos, and other materials—is owned by Fiona’s Place and protected by copyright.
No content may be reused or distributed without written permission.

Our website may feature or integrate third-party services such as HubSpot and YouTube.
We are not responsible for the content or practices of these services.
Additional third-party services may be integrated in the future.

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time.
Customers will be notified of changes directly by the owner as soon as possible.
Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Nevada.
